Registration

We use Converia to manage your registration and your contributions. Converia also manages the payment procedures.

Go to the conference registration page.
Click on “Register as attendee”/“Zur Teilnahme anmelden”

Registration
Choose the pricing tier that applies to you. Feel free to write to us if you have any questions. If you are one of our invited speakers, we will provide you with a voucher code which you can enter to save your attendance fee.
Select the conference participation package. Choose if you would like to present a poster or a contributed talk. Please be aware that we only have a limited number of slots for both. The poster session will be first come first serve, depending on the date of your submission. The organizers will decide on the talks at a later date and you will be contacted if you are invited to present one or not. If not, you will be given the opportunity to present a poster instead.
Choose if you would like to participate in one of our organized activities on Tuesday afternoon. You can find more informations on them here
Enter your personal data and create a user account if you don’t have one already.
Choose a payment option and proceed.
Finalize your registration. You should now receive your invoice and confirmation.

The following cancellation policy applies:

For cancellations received before August 7, 2022, fee will be refunded with a 10% deduction.
Cancellations received from August 8 through September 4, 2022, will be eligible to a refund of 50% of the paid registration fee.
For cancellations occurring after September 4, 2022, no refunds can be made.
Bank administration fee and credit card fee will not be refunded.

Once you are registered for the conference you may submit a contribution:

Log into your account if necessary.
Click on “Submit a paper”/“Einen Beitrag einreichen”
Click on “Submit a new paper”/“Neuen Beitrag einreichen”
Select if you are the author of the contribution or if you are submitting for someone else.
Fill in the title and choose the form (poster/talk) of your contribution.
Submit your abstract in one of the allowed file formats. You may use our provided .txt or latex templates or upload your own .pdf
Complete and submit

Your abstract will be published in our book of abstract. If you need to update your submission, you can do so from the main page.

from A5 (Kreuz Heidelberg 37)	Change Autobahn at Kreuz Heidelberg (37) to A656, direction Heidelberg, continue below.
from A656	Change to B37, follow and turn left and immediately right on Vangerowstr. Turn left unto Iqbal-Ufer, drive under the bridge and turn immediately right three (x3) times, to get onto Ernst-Walz bridge. After the Bridge the Neuenheimer Feld is on the left hand side
from A5 (Kreuz Dossenheim 36)	Leave the Autobahn unto L531 and follow for a while, turn right on B3. Follow and then keep right unto Berliner Str. The Neuenheimer Feld is on the right hand side.


from Heidelberg Main Station	Take the tram *24 - Direction Handsch. Burgstr. *. Get off at Bunsengymnasium, or Technologiepark.
from Bismarckplatz	Take the Bus 31 - Direction Neuenheimer Feld and get off at Bunsengymnasium.
from University Square	Take the Bus 31 - Direction Neuenheimer Feld and get off at Bunsengymnasium.
